Hi Erik. I am in canada trying to connect to my RBC account. It keeps telling me my credentials are incorrect and i know they are not. Very frustrating as i have to get my GST done now. Please help. Is there a way to call you and walk me through this?0December 28, 2018

My banking is with BMO. After numerous attempts of deleting history, caches and cookies, retyping banking credentials, and trying different browsers, I got my problem resolved.
The error message I was getting is the following, but isn't exactly listed in your troubleshooting guide, which led me to believe the error was unique AND that my credentials were not being authenticated properly:
Wave is having difficulty matching your credentials with your accounts. Please check your credentials and try updating/connecting your accounts again. If this doesn't help, visit our help center to investigate the problem.0December 21, 2018
