One last questions for you Alexia!
1. There is one more transaction needed here or not!
i record a payment of $100 from Expedia.com. This is what the client paid. But then we also need to make an expense transaction for the merchant fee of $5. Where and how is the easiest way to make this after the 3 other transactions are made? Can you please give an example of this as well.
Should this be done exactly the same way as we do above here with the example of Expedia.com? Or is there another easier and better way to do this?
The only difference here what i can see is the deposit made for the customers booking! These deposits will not be reimbursed. They pay a deposit for their booking, non refundable. Can you please give an example of this as well.0October 26, 2018

I'm trying to change my system account name, from Cash on Hand to my actual Bank Account. Is there a workaround, other than passing a journal entry to a newly created bank account? The message given to me when trying to change the name in chart of accounts, is that Wave cannot change a system account name.

Im not sure if you understand my issue? I don't have any issues with my account??
I have been waiting for two months to connect my bank to Wave..? You have done a new request to try to connect again. But that has been over a month ago or something. Please check my earlier messages to you. It looks like you are confusing me with someone else?
Please advise so I can start using Wave to the fullest,

After an estimate has been accepted and paid, How does one save that estimate? I do understand that different estimate statuses are not yet available. BUT if one goes to the "Filter" tab then there is a "saved" option under the Status drop down.
Thus my question, How does one save an estimate?0October 2, 2018
Hi Alexia, thank you for your response! I remember there was once such a directory. Was it closed?0September 21, 2018
While it's true that the directory isn't available anymore, it doesn't mean that Wave Pros have gone away. The Wave Pro Network was moved here, to the Community.
Through this, we're hoping to do is enliven the relationship between our team and Wave Pros, and between Wave Pros and Wave business owners, by encouraging networking and discussion and shared membership in a community. This new space is still in the process of being built and we are actively working on some features that you would have found in the preexisting network, like easily searching for Pros who are located in the same region that you are.
I hope this clears things up!
JudeRoseI think the 'community' is a good idea, however, I think there is value in a directory search. Not all users may wish to get involved in the 'community'
