  • Hi there, This is my first year with wave and I am just finalising my accounts, I am just checking I have created entries for my starting balances, however when I pull off the account balances report it says all my balances are zero, they should show my entry as the starting balance, not zero, is this correct?   • Wave has become very slow. Waiting for 26 seconds to load a page is ridiculous. I've attached Chrome Console Log and network .har file here. What's the problem?   • Hi! I receive payments from Europe, and many credit cards in Europe do not have a ZIP code associated with them. Wave's card payment form doesn't accept that you don't enter a zip, it's a required field.   • I can see the payment in my dashboard and the invoice number associated with it but clicking on that number or the "view invoice" button puts me to a 404 error page. It's like the invoice never existed but somehow the payment for that invoice does.

  • I had "pay by credit card" set up initially but lost a a fair amount of money on a couple invoices with it, as I expected with the fee, so I turned that off while keeping bank transfer as an option. I just had a client pay two invoices via credit card. Checked my settings and it is in fact disabled. That's a major issue.
