Unable to take photo of receipt

After being able to take around 20 photos of my receipts smoothly, the camera function no longer works. I can still access the camera function but the icon that actually takes the photo is greyed out and cannot be selected. For reference, I am on an android phone.

    Hey @Noobie , can you try deleting and redownloading the mobile app, it sounds like it may be having technical difficulties?
