Bank Balance updated 17 hours ago, transactions not showing

About 17 hours ago, according to the [dashboard] view, Wave connected with my bank. The bank balance is updated and reflects the bank balance which I am able to confirm by logging into my bank services online.

When I go to [accounting] > [transactions] : I don't see ANY of the transactions that

  • I see in my bank online services
  • that would reflect the updated bank balance

I see that you submitted a ticket to our Support team, where an agent was able to help you out with this, so you should be all set! In general, if there are bank connection issues, we always recommend submitting a Support ticket, as a dedicated agent will be best able to offer the personalized support typically needed for this type of issue.
