Stored Credit Card Declined
I have a customer that has stored credit card payment methods which have worked in the past and it is no longer working. When they attempt to pay an invoice the transaction is declined.
There is not a problem with the card.
I had noticed prior to this that the same credit card (same last 4 digits) was stored 3 times so I deleted 2 of these. Now it is not accepting the card at all. I deleted the last remaining entry of the stored card and they tried to re-enter the card information but it still didn't work.
Did my deleting a duplicate entry of the same card cause Wave to not accept this number again?
