My bank is connected and it says automatically importing, but no transactions have imported since January 10, 2020.
Will this weeks database update solve this issue?
Hi @mickleford! The database update did not have an impact on bank connections. If you have your bank connected under: Banking > Connected Accounts in Wave and transactions are not importing, it is likely that there is a more widespread issue with the connection. Our data aggregator is always working to keep these connections up and running and restore them when they are having problems so hopefully this is fixed soon! In the meantime you can always upload your transactions using Wave Connect or our CSV uploader.
