Not able to restart my bank connection after migration
I created a help ticket 2 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. I went in and restarted my bank account after the migration, but my bank info in and it looked like it authenticated. I go to bank connections afterward, and it goes back to the list of banks and doesn't show my bank connected. I search for my bank and try to reconnect and it says I'm already connected????
This is really frustrating, especially while trying to get 2019 taxes in order. Can someone please fix this?
