Apps not working on iPhone

Every time I try to open the invoice app I just get an error message stating ‘Can’t load content. Sorry there’s been an error while loading content.’
I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading the apps but no such luck.

    Hey @kyrstie_rankine!

    Let's try this:

    1. Login on your web browser
    2. Log back in on your phone
    3. Click 'Try Again' if it still shows you 'Can't load content'.

    Give that a shot, and let me know if that works!
