Having a problem in receiving a credit card payment. Client says there is a error message popping up when ever they try to do the payment thru the credit card.
Hey @starcleaning. I can see that you are a Stripe user (since you're processing in Australia). My suggestion is that you get your client to reach out to their credit card company/bank to find out what would be preventing them from being able to pay the invoice that you've sent to them. Usually cases like these are due to the fact that the credit card company doesn't necessarily recognize the charge being presented.
