wave won’t log me in

I have an iPhone and when setting up wave I chose to use Face ID. I was trying to add some contacts to my wave account and the Face ID kept showing up. All was going well until the Face ID did not work once and the app switched it off but now after I put my email and password in it tells me that Face ID was turned off and pressing ‘ok’ will log me out but the only option it gives me is to press ‘ok’ so there is no way for me to log back in. Please help

    Hey @LaurenAcro! I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues accessing your account. Can you try logging into your account on your desktop? If you can't remember your password give the password reset a go. If you are still having difficulty logging in can you submit a support ticket with us here and we can dig a little deeper!
