@SeriousMischief1 There's a known issue with the app version 2.9.2 for Android that's preventing logo uploads. Our team is on the case, but in the meantime, you'll want to head over to the full version of Wave at waveapps.com to upload your logo image. You can do this under Settings>Invoice Customization.
Make sure you're set up to receive automatic updates to your app so you'll have immediate access to this bug fix as well as future updates as soon as they're available.
