Receipt App not getting past processing

I sent 5 receipts for processing a few days ago. Today when I turned on the app it says no receipts for processing. So those 5 receipts have disappeared. I've re-done one of them about 10 mins ago and the app still says processing.

What can I do to get the app to work for me?

EDIT - it is working, I didn't know that I had to slide the screen to see the ready receipts

    Hi Charlotte, did you identified the problem? was it a scheduler engine problem?

    Hi @TTech! My comment above refers to an issue that was identified and resolved over one year ago, likely due to a backed up queue.
