@Shaune I am having the same problem, a year later is there a timeline? Updates? Any other workaround besides put the letter Z in front of a business?

Same! My Zaps with Zappier won't go through because my email is linked to 2 businesses, one that I can't get rid of!
I deleting my account and going with another product. I have no confidence in your system if the inability to archive a business takes years to fix. It says a lot about your system's architecture. Very disappointed. Will not recommend your product.
