I have been trying to split a payment for last 4/5 days but it's just not working. Can anybody help me with this issue?
hey @Shakib_Q1 Would you be able to share a full screenshot of the entire transaction details (including the details of each split) so that we can take a closer look at the amounts? What I can think of at the top of my head could that this may be caused by a glitch in the system where it may resolve itself out with time, or perhaps try logging out of your Wave account, clearing cache and then logging back in.
Can you please verify if the full amount of BDT 19,000 is being used up in the splits (ensure the full amount is accounted for, and that there isn't a few cents off).
Hi @NancyC - I have an issue with split payment as well. In my case I'm unable to even find the "split transaction" / "split payment" option. How do I get help? Could I send out a request to [email protected] to help?
