  • I can download transactions from BNZ (Bank of New Zealand) my credit card displays as NZD but my other accounts display as USD even though the amount is the NZD amount, but when I list All Accounts the value is converted to NZD and reports as more than it should.

  • We are with a major Canadian Bank. The last import transaction showing up in my Wave account is Aug 11/2020. Also wave use to show a "Last Updated" with a date when referring to the connected bank account, however this is no longer displayed so I have no idea when it last tried to update. Please help wave.   • An existing connection to PNC has stopped working. I have tried re-entering the credentials several times to no avail. I also updated the security questions on the PNC side to see if that would help but the old questions are still showing up in Wave. What needs to be done for PNC to push the new questions to Wave?

  • Hi all, I'm having trouble connecting to Alliant Credit Union. Wave will ask for password, remember account, and authentication number. After I submit authentication number, Alliant Credit Union will be prompted again to send me an authentication number. Not sure what's going on.
