  • In the attached picture file, the Netguard card coordinate fields are not active and the fields do not respond to a cursor. It means that I cannot enter the coordinates needed in order to securely connect my bank account. The card access number can be entered, but the coordinates (indicated by a blue box) cannot.   • An existing connection to PNC has stopped working. I have tried re-entering the credentials several times to no avail. I also updated the security questions on the PNC side to see if that would help but the old questions are still showing up in Wave. What needs to be done for PNC to push the new questions to Wave?

  • I am trying to import a csv file from Lloyds bank in the UK. It worked fine when I did this a couple of weeks ago. Now I am getting the error that there are duplicate transaction dates (there are not) and then it only imports the last day of transactions. Please help. This is wasting so much time. Thank you

  • Hello wave! Do you have plan to support bank integration with major Philippine banks and credit cards? It seems a very few bank has banking integration with Wave right now. As an accounting and bookkeeping specialist, it would be great if major banks and credit card issuer had link so we can introduced your software to the masses.

One transaction will be in the correct checking account and the other duplicate transaction ends up in any of my other accounts.
